Everyone should have emergency food on hand. In these times, 3-6 months worth is what I recommend. Freeze=dried food is a great option. This is the food that hikers, mountain climbers, and others take with them into the wild.

My recommendation is to go with Mountain House products. In my experience, they’re generally about the best. You’ll find packages here: https://www.thereadystore.com/food-storage/brand/mountain-house
